Fastness Tests
These tests measure the reactions of textile materials to the physical and chemical effects they will be exposed to after dyeing processes. These reactions can vary depending on both the chosen dye and the chemical/physical properties of the textile material.
Physical Tests
In our fiber analysis laboratory, chemical and physical processes are carried out to determine the fiber composition in textile products and components. After chemical and physical processes, the fiber's content (information such as natural, plant-based, chemical, regenerated, synthetic, animal-based) and the proportions of this content are analyzed.
Washing Tests
In textile materials and their derivatives, post-wash appearance/change assessments are conducted to measure the visible effects that occur after washing and drying on any trim, print, or other components present on the product. In addition to these processes, the dimensional change properties of fabrics after ironing are also evaluated.
Ecological Tests
Some chemicals used during the manufacturing of textile products (dyeing, washing, finishing, etc.) have harmful effects on human and environmental health. Risk assessments are carried out for these chemicals, which may be present in clothing and accessories (shoes, bags, etc.), based on their potential harm to human health and the environment.
Yarn Tests
Quality and performance tests of yarn, the main material used in textile products, are carried out in our yarn laboratory, which we established in 2018. The tests applied to the yarn include: breaking strength and elongation at break, unevenness, yarn count, and yarn twist.
